1. It’s recommended to add clean tap or mineral waters into humidifier. Pure or distilled water, Essential oil and perfumes are Forbidd. For it would cause water to accumulate at the mist outlet of humidifier and affect spray.
2. If you channge the cotton swab at the first time.Please take out the cotton swab from the plastic tube (not to lost that the spring inside ), soak it for 3-5 minutes, whole cotton swab is completely soaked and then reinstall it for using.
3. When the water level is lower than the safe water level, the humidifier will automatically stop working, which is a normal phenomenon. Just add water and restart to use.
