Start with geometry

The 6L name is useful for sorting the range, not for proving that a particular object will fit. Draw the component’s widest cross-section and include mounting ears, hose fittings or handles. Check the space needed to suspend it in the basket rather than resting it on the tank floor.

Our record retains the manufacturer’s 300 by 150 by 150 mm tank dimensions but leaves basket dimensions unknown. For example, a part nearly 150 mm wide is not a confirmed match simply because that number appears in the specification. Obtain the basket interior before buying for a tight application.

What the upgraded version adds

Both the selected Amazon listing and matching VEVOR page identify a digital 180W, 40kHz machine with gentle and degassing functions. The US specification table separately lists a 500W heater and a timer up to 30 minutes. Those details distinguish this entry from VEVOR’s other 6L products; capacity alone does not identify the controls or heater.

Treat the extra modes as workflow options. A buyer who repeatedly prepares fresh solution may value a named degassing setting. Someone who simply needs a compatible small-parts bath may find fewer controls sufficient. We have not measured an efficiency gain or established that reduced power is safe for any particular fragile object.

A useful stopping point before larger tanks

Before moving to a 15L or 30L machine, decide what the larger unit would actually accommodate that this one cannot. If only one unusually wide component motivates the upgrade, verify its exact dimensions first. Otherwise the purchase can become a larger bath that still fails the same fit test.

Conversely, avoid choosing this compact format only to fill its basket densely with separate items. The loading arrangement is part of the cleaning method. Follow the supplied instructions for level, placement, detergent and temperature, and judge the result by inspection rather than by running the timer to its maximum automatically.
